Front of house

Finally the front of the Farmhouse looks respectable. It’s taken over a year to renovate my studio externally, repair the well and install the ancient well winding gear and repoint the wall. We put in the picket fence, pruned the roses and removed layers of plastic bags in the flower bed, supposedly put there to stop weeds, but they didn’t, and relaid the stone edges, ok not perfectly, but at least they weren’t buried under the overgrown flower bed.

The grass still needs work, gravel to lay in front of the studio and the flowerbed there, needs it’s edging, but at least we can enjoy the space and have some colour about us.

Before and after pictures…..

Looking a little lost out in the front.
Wonder if it’s petrol or electric?
