Open Gardens

I was really happy when Open Gardens asked me to design garden aprons and bags for their charity to raise funds to support disabled and seriously ill children in France.

Their details can be found here: https://www.opengardens.eu/

I chose to upcycle our local supermarkets jute bags as they are reliably strong. I then designed garden inspired images and had these printed and sought out floral fabrics at our brocantes.  I had to line pockets and ensure we had sturdy stitching for straps.

We will be supplying products for four Open Garden events and to individual members who open their private gardens to the public.

I take commissions for both aprons and bags and can supply with logos.
